Specialty RFID tags are primarily designed for harsh environments, special materials, or specialized applications. They feature specialized features such as materials, packaging, antenna design, or chip functionality.
(1)Excellent RF Performance: The Read range is better than those of printable on metal tags with similar sizes in the market.
(2)More applications: It is of good RF performance after being assembled on metal surface, plastic surface, glass surface, ceramic surface, wooden surface and carton surface.
(3)Good Compatibility with printers: It can be printed with RFID printers from Zebra, SATO, Toshiba, and Postek.
(4)Strong Surface Printing Adhesion: After printing with full resin carbon tape, the printed content can pass the alcohol wiping test and water wiping test.
(1)High temperature resistance and stable working performance
(2)Flexible construction to withstand tire deformation in the total lifetime of the tire.
(3)The tag survives the high temperatures encountered in the tire retreading process and is sturdy enough to remain operational throughout the operating life of the tire.
(4)The tag has finished thousands of kilometers of actual road test, did not lead to potential tire defects
3. High temperature and metal resistant tag
(1) Resistance to acid-base
(2) Waterproof high & low temperature
(3) Logo can be printed on the surface of the tag.
(4) Work stably on metal surface and off metal surface
Key considerations for selecting special tags
Application environment: This is the core, clearly identify the biggest challenges the tag will face (metal, high temperature, liquid, etc.).
Read and write performance requirements: What is the required reading distance? How fast is the required reading speed? How many tags need to be read simultaneously?
Tag size and shape restrictions: How much space is required for installation? Is the surface of the object flat or curved?
Attachment method: Paste, riveting, embedding, hanging?
Expected life: How long does the tag need to work?
