System objectives
Real-time accurate wash count recording ensures that the tracking system is updated with the latest clean cycle count information. After it is removed from the washing machine, the linens or clothes with the RFID tag are examined by an RFID reader, which automatically identifies the RFID laundry tag sewn onto the fabric.
RFID laundry tracking provides instant insight into every inventory item, simplifying the identification and resolution of potential theft or loss situations. The manual inventory approach and its inherent human error pose significant financial challenges .
RFID technology helps reduce manual labor and simplify the sorting process. There is no need for a person to read the barcode or identify the sheet, and only 1-2 people can transfer the item to the subsequent stages of the cleaning process.
RFID laundry tracking replaces manual record keeping by introducing automated, real-time data acquisition. By integrating RFID tags into textiles, inventory can be taken immediately in the field without human error.
System Advantages
RFID(Radio Frequency Identification system) is a "radio frequency identification system", is a non-contact automatic identification technology, it is the use of radio waves to identify the mark on the target for wireless data identification and access to relevant information.
The RFID system of the laundry factory sews an electronic tag with an identification code on each piece of medical fabric, registers the basic information such as the name, specification and model of the fabric through the label manager, and then performs batch scanning to automatically record the identity information of the handed over fabric.
Implementation process
1. The clothes collection staff at the delivery desk collect the customer's clothes to be washed, write the customer information and clothes information into the electronic label, and then hang the electronic label string on the clothes.
2. The clothes with electronic labels are packed and sent to the laundry factory. The electronic label information of all the clothes in the bag is read by the UHF reader at one time, and the data is checked with the single core of the washing mission.
3. After sorting, the clothes enter the laundry process, and the washing is finished. After sorting, the clothes are classified and packed. The electronic label information of all clothes in the bag is read again by the reader, and the data is verified with the corresponding washing mission, and then sent to each clothes collection outlet.
4. When the customer collects the clothes, the collection network will check the customer's receipt with the electronic label information, and admit that it is correct, the customer will collect the clothes.
