2. Why do we put electronic tags on tires?

(1) Rigid requirements: In some countries, such as: the United States, European countries, Japan and South Korea, etc., they have introduced laws about RFID tire tags. According to the law, it requires that each tire must be affixed with an RFID tag, so to see whether the tire meets the national standard through attribute information, mainly from: tire fuel efficiency, rolling friction, noise when rolling and tire grip when the road condition is not dry .

(2) The benefits of implanting RFID tags into tires:

a. Since each tire has an identification code when it leaves the factory, it has the same function as the ID card, so when the tire is damaged, it can also control the recovery;

b. Batch acceptance function, which can quickly scan dozens of tires using one RFID card reader;

c. Easy to manage and not easy to be stolen illegally, because there are encryption operations on the tires;

3. Where is the tire tag placed?

It can fit inside the tire, but may not read well. Of course, it can also be polished on the tire surface, and then firmly adhere to the RFID tag.

4. What are the steps to use tire tags?

Of the two placement methods we mentioned above, let us use the second method to illustrate, the specific steps are as follows:

(1) Cleaning: Be sure to locate on the outer wall of the tire, close to the tire bead, which should be noted that the distance from the bead is not more than 6 cm, once you find the position, please use cleaning agent to clean, if there is debris, it will affect the adhesion Thick effect.

(2) Line: Stick the RFID tag to the position just selected, and then draw the tag with a pen, mainly to determine the grinding area.

(3) Polishing: Use an automatic rotary sander to polish the selected position, so that the tire surface in this area becomes curly, and then do some simple cleaning.

(4) Sticking: Use tire special glue to stick the tire tag on the polished area, and cover the tag with a metal casing.

(5) Use RFID reader to read and write.
